Oregon — Effective 3/13/2024

Availability of Oregon Wildfire Mitigation Discounts:

For new business policyholders with an effective date of 3/13/2024 or later, and renewal business policyholders with renewal effective dates 4/6/2024 and later, the following wildfire discounts are available in the Manufactured Home program. Please contact your agent for more information

– IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home™ Discount – This discount is available when the insured residence is certified as an IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home™.
Discount varies and is not available in all policy types or situations.

– Firewise USA® Recognition Program Discount – This discount is available when the insured residence is located within a community that is recognized by the Firewise USA® Recognition Program.
Discount varies and is not available in all policy types or situations.

Wildfire mitigation discounts are not currently available for Oregon Homeowners and Dwelling Fire policyholders, or for Manufactured Home policyholders with new business effective dates prior to 3/13/2024; or renewal business effective dates prior to 4/6/2024.

Tennessee — March 31 to May 31, 2023

Tennessee policyholders affected by the late March tornados can request additional time to make payments, or to have a policy reinstated if cancelled due to non-payment or that expired at the end of its term. Any fees on the account related to a late payment or cancellation can be waived. This applies to all our product lines: residential, recreational, Pet Health, and commercial. Arkansas — March 31 to May 30, 2023

Arkansas policyholders in Cross, Lonoke and Pulaski counties who were affected by the late March tornados can request additional time to make payments, or to have a policy reinstated if cancelled due to non-payment or that expired at the end of its term.
